John Reed Stark is a cybersecurity expert and former SEC enforcement attorney who is the President of John Reed Stark Consulting LLC. He is a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors, CEOs, CIOs, CISOs and GCs on the subjects of Cybersecurity, Incident Response, Cyber Insurance and Digital Regulatory Compliance. He has 15 years of experience as an SEC enforcement attorney leading cyber-related projects, investigations and broad range of substantial and pioneering SEC enforcement actions. He also served as Founder and Chief of the SEC Office of Internet Enforcement for 11 years. He is currently teaching Data Breach Response and Cybersecurity Due Diligence at Duke Law.
