Erin Cohee is the Vice President of Digital Customer Experience at OneUnited Bank, America's largest Black-owned bank and first Black-owned digital bank. In addition to user experience and retention, Erin is also responsible for new digital innovation projects, such as development of the institution's NFT collection. Prior to OneUnited Bank, Erin worked at Salesforce for many years. She graduated with honors from Brown University with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Social Entrepreneurship. She then graduated with distinction from the London School of Economics with a Master's in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation.
