职位描述：

1.参与项目研发的全部流程，包括需求分析、设计评审、制定测试计划并识别风险；

2.负责公司各产品系统的质量保证工作，包括PC、移动端、机器端的功能测试、接口测试、自动化、

性能测试等；

3.参与产品需求评审，制定测试策略，设计多维度，高覆盖的测试用例，灵活运用不同的测试手段或工具，

持续提升产品质量，提升测试效率和交付质量；

4.对接开发、产品，对功能设计缺陷及问题反馈，并跟踪、推动测试过程中的问题及时提出合理的解决方案;

5.收集运营、落地现场运作中的问题，进行系统测试并反馈至相关部门;

职位要求：

1.本科以上学历，具备3年及以上软件测试，具备独立功能、接口、自动化、性能测试，熟悉App、小程序优先;

2.精通软件测试，具备良好的逻辑思维和发现问题的能力，组织执行测试任务，改善测试方法和测试工具，促进团队专业水平提升；

3.持续优化测试自动化框架，创建稳定高效且易于扩展的自动化测试套件，熟悉敏捷开发流程；

4.熟练接口测试工具（PostMan、Jmeter），熟练数据库（Oracle、MySql），熟悉Java、Python、Shell的一种或多种，具备性能测试经验，有良好的系统debug能力和问题排查能力;

5.了解计算机网络，熟悉Linux，有丰富的APP、小程序测试经验，熟练常用的Android、ios开发工具；

6.有良好的抗压能力、沟通能力，懂得团队协作、且具备较强的自我学习能力.
